Anwendungseigenschaften:
- sichere Direktdosierung
- einfache und staubfreie Dosierung in PVC-Pulverblends und gemahlenen PVC-Regeneraten
- leicht dispergierbar durch niedrige Schmelzeviskosität des Trägers
- reduzierte Friktion und Wandhaftung der Schmelze an Oberflächen der Extrusionseinheit
- verbessertes Verarbeitungsverhalten und erhöhte Prozessstabilität während Extrusion und Schäumen
Anwendungsbeispiele:
- PVC - Blends für Freischaum- und Integralschaumverfahren (Celuka), zur Herstellung von Profilen und Platten
- Aufschäumen der Schaumschicht in PVC-Coextrusionsprozess (3-Schicht-Rohre, Paneele)
- bevorzugt für Ca-/ Zn- und organo – Sn- stabilisierte Blends

Lagerung:
- stabil bei kühler und trockener Lagerung
- bei Lagerung länger als 1 Jahr wird die Überprüfung der Spezifikationskennwerte empfohlen
Toxizität:
Gefährliches Gemisch im Sinne der EG-Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1272/2008 (vgl. Sicherheitsdatenblatt).

Konformitätserklärung gemäß Verordnung (EU) Nr. 10/2011 Anhang IV nicht möglich.

Application properties:
- safe direct dosing
- simple and dust-free dosing in PVC powder blends and ground PVC regenerates
- easily dispersible due to low melt viscosity of the carrier
- reduced friction and wall adhesion of the melt to surfaces of the extrusion unit
- improved processing behavior and increased process stability during extrusion and foaming
Application examples:
- PVC blends for free foam and integral foam processes (Celuka), for the production of profiles and panels
- Foaming the foam layer in PVC coextrusion process (3-layer pipes, panels)
- preferred for Ca-/Zn- and organo-Sn-stabilized blends

- stable when stored in a cool and dry place
- if stored for longer than 1 year, checking the specification values is recommended
